We hold the highest standards in the recruitment of our graduate counselors. Nearly all come from referrals from existing counselors – a tight network of former admissions officers – and we methodically evaluate, interview and vet all candidates. We hire fewer than 1% of applicants and they have been with us, on average, for seven years.
